We are real estate brokers licensed in Indiana, real estate investors, and property management owners with more than 20 years experience investing in and managing real estate.  We operate a boutique, full service real estate brokerage, Kenter Real Estate, and a property management company, Kenter Homes Mgt.  We provide consulting, buyer and seller client agency services, and property management services.  Ken and Terri are former Certified Public Accountants, who worked for a large worldwide public accounting firm.  Their careers also included corporate management positions and operating a not-for-profit business serving families in the midwest.  Ken is the past President of Central Indiana Real Estate Investors Association (CIREIA).
